Argentina
gave us our agricultural roots.
Roots and Routes is a Chilean family company shaped by experience across four places: Mendoza, Argentina; Santiago de Chile; the Philippines; and Switzerland. These places bring together agricultural knowledge, international market experience and an understanding of different cultures. They inform how we select products, communicate and work with producers and buyers.
Argentina gave us our agricultural roots. Chile became the home of the company. The Philippines taught us how relationships open new markets. Switzerland adds another cultural and commercial perspective. Together, those experiences shape how we think, communicate and build.

We select the products that belong in our portfolio, define how they are presented and communicate what makes their origin and characteristics relevant to professional buyers.
That ambition is supported by direct family experience in agriculture, olive cultivation, food production and international hospitality markets. We understand the effort behind a product at origin and the discipline required to establish it in a new market.
Our mission is to bring South American food and specialty products to international markets through thoughtful selection, a clear product identity and lasting relationships with producers and buyers.
Our vision is to be a trusted partner for South American producers and international buyers, recognised for our product judgement, clear communication and respect for origin.
Long before Roots & Routes had a name, our family learned what it means to work with the land, develop a product and carry its story into the world. Finca Victoria became the beginning of that journey.

Roots & Routes brings together different generations, experiences and ways of thinking. Each person contributes to a different part of the company, while the family’s shared history provides its foundation.

Norma brings decades of first-hand experience in agriculture, olive cultivation, food production and international market development. Growing up in Mendoza, Argentina, she developed a close connection to the region’s agricultural traditions before later becoming directly involved in the development of Finca Victoria, the family’s olive farm, which grew from a small property into a significant olive-growing operation including the olive oil factory, Olivícola Victoria.
Her experience extends beyond cultivation. Norma studied olive cultivation at the Universidad de Chile and was closely involved in the production of extra virgin olive oil, including the development of varietal oils under the Olivares Mendocinos name. She later took Argentine olive oils and wines into the Philippine market, introducing them to the hospitality sector and developing relationships with leading hotels and hospitality groups.
At Roots & Routes, Norma leads product strategy and selection, as well as relationship development. Her understanding of quality begins at origin, from the land and the people who produce the product, and continues through to how that product can be positioned in international markets. She also brings valuable experience in opening new markets and building long-term relationships across cultures.

Victoria represents the next generation of the family business and leads the commercial and brand development of Roots & Routes. Growing up across different countries and cultures gave her an international perspective from an early age and shaped the way she approaches communication, relationships and business across markets.
With experience spanning communications, branding, operations and international management, she is responsible for developing the company’s commercial direction, market presence and brand identity. Her work includes building relationships with customers and partners, identifying new market opportunities and shaping how Roots & Routes and its future brands are positioned internationally.
Victoria’s focus is on transforming the family’s agricultural experience and international history into a modern Chilean food company with a distinctive identity of its own. She is particularly involved in developing the company’s future brands and creating a clear connection between South American origin, strong storytelling and international commercial potential.
