Roots & Routes (Comercial Roots and Routes SpA) is a Chilean family food company founded in Santiago, Chile. The company sources and exports selected food products from Argentina and Chile to international markets, with a focus on hospitality customers, importers, distributors and specialty retailers.

## Company Background

The company's history began in Mendoza, Argentina, where the founding family cultivated olives at Finca Victoria — an olive farm that grew from 45 to 154 hectares and from 180 to 12,480 olive trees. The family produced extra virgin olive oil under the Olivares Mendocinos brand through their processing facility Olivicola Victoria. Through Nuestro Roble, the family later introduced Argentine varietal olive oils and wines to the Philippine hospitality market, reaching leading hotels including The Peninsula Manila, Manila Hotel and City of Dreams.

Today, Roots & Routes carries those lessons into a new generation of products and brands from its base in Santiago, Chile.

## Founders

- **Norma Nolly** — Co-Founder & Head of Product. Decades of experience in agriculture, olive cultivation, food production and international market development. Studied olive cultivation at the Universidad de Chile.
- **Victoria Angelina Leighton Nolly** — Commercial & Brand Director. Leads commercial direction, market presence and brand identity development.
- **Thomas Somogyi** — Strategy & Operational Development. Based in Switzerland, advises on strategic and operational development.

## Product Portfolio

Current product categories sourced from Argentina and Chile:

- **Edible Oils**: Extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, corn oil and selected blends. Available in retail formats, professional food service formats and bulk supply.
- **Olives and Olive Products**: Green and black table olives, whole/pitted/sliced formats, olives in brine, olive pastes and spreads.
- **Nuts and Dried Fruits**: Walnuts, raisins, dried plums and other dried fruits. Seasonal availability confirmed per enquiry.
- **Preserves and Fruit Preparations**: Jams, preserves, fruit purées, cocktail pulps, fruit in syrup, individual hospitality portions.
- **Specialty Foods**: Dulce de leche, honey, tomato passata, purées and sauces, balsamic vinegars (Aceto), wine vinegars and regional pantry products.
- **Wines** (Coming Soon): A wine portfolio from Argentina and Chile is in development.
- **Own Brands** (Coming Soon): Roots & Routes is developing its own branded product lines around South American origin.
